Nikkei High Yield REIT Index constituents to be reshuffled

SOSiLA Logistics REIT will be included and Japan Prime Realty Investment will be cut

TOKYO -- Nikkei will add SOSiLA Logistics REIT and four other companies to the Nikkei High Yield REIT Index on May 30. Japan Prime Realty Investment and four other companies will be removed from the index.

Nikkei began calculating and publishing the Nikkei High Yield REIT Index in 2020. The index, which consists of 35 Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed constituents, is reviewed in May every year.
