TOKYO -- Nikkei will add two semiconductor-related companies to its Nikkei Semiconductor Stock Index on Nov. 29, the index provider said on Friday.
The index, which launched in March this year, will include semiconductor materials maker Nissan Chemical and chipmaking equipment producer Kokusai Electric, while Tri Chemical Laboratories will be removed from its constituents. Nikkei said the changes are part of the index's first annual review.
