BEIJING -- Chinese startup Weis, which operates the fast-food brand Weixiaofan, has raised about 100 million yuan ($1.57 million) from Tiantu Capital in a Series A funding round. Weis intends to use the money for market cultivation.

Weixiaofan offers boxed lunch delivery services in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, two big cities in Guangdong Province.
