TAIPEI -- Foxconn unveiled two prototype electric vehicles on Tuesday, with the Taiwanese manufacturer aiming to expand its lineup and control a huge chunk of the global EV market.
The Model D, a seven-seater multipurpose vehicle (MPV), made its debut at Foxconn's annual tech day event together with the Model U, a midsize 21-seat bus. A concept car destined for the Japanese market was also revealed.
