Suzuki readies India-built electric SUV for Japan launch

TOKYO -- Suzuki Motor will launch the e Vitara, its first mass-produced electric vehicle, in Japan in fiscal 2025 under plans announced Thursday, following releases in the U.K. and elsewhere.

Such details as the sport utility vehicle's price and release date are expected in the future.
