TOKYO -- Ford Motor has warned of potential disruptions caused by China's latest restrictions on exports of rare-earth minerals, as U.S. President Donald Trump's trade war with the world's No. 2 economy spreads uncertainties across industries.
Kumar Galhotra, chief operating officer at Ford, told analysts on Tuesday morning that the curbs Beijing imposed on April 4 could profoundly impact the auto sector as a whole.
