TOKYO/SEOUL -- South Korea's Hyundai Motor is stepping up efforts to boost sales in Japan after the automaker's reentry in 2022, partnering with a business well-versed in data marketing to enhance its online presence.

"We will develop online sales by using data and increase the satisfaction of every customer," CEO Chang Jaehoon told Nikkei on Thursday.
