Stellantis to pull out of auto joint venture in China with GAC

Dongfeng set to divest all its remaining shares after 30-year partnership

HONG KONG -- Stellantis, the world's fourth largest automaker by volume, said on Monday that it is pulling out of a 50-50 joint venture in China with Guangzhou Automobile Group.

The joint venture GAC Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which was established in 2010, has been virtually dormant in the past few months.
