TOKYO -- Nissan Motor will change the roles of some executive committee members, including Chief Financial Officer Stephen Ma, next month in a structural reform push to turn around the struggling automaker.

The move is part of broader, phased efforts to revamp its management structure to be completed by spring. The CFO and other committee members, including the head of North American operations, will likely see the scope of their duties changed.
