TOKYO -- Toyota Motor's shareholders reelected all 10 board members, including Chairman Akio Toyoda, on Tuesday at their annual meeting, as the company proposed.

Some advisory firms had expressed opposition to Toyoda's reelection, claiming he was responsible for irregularities in the company's auto safety and performance tests.
