TOKYO/NAGOYA, Japan -- Toyota Motor and Japan's Nippon Telegraph and Telephone will develop automotive software that uses artificial intelligence to anticipate accidents and take control of the car, Nikkei has learned.
The two companies aim to have a working system ready by 2028 and provide it to other automakers.
