Vietnam EV maker VinFast delays U.S. sales until late February

HANOI -- Vietnamese auto manufacturer VinFast will postpone the release of its electric vehicles in the U.S. until late February due to delays in software updates. 

The company, part of conglomerate Vingroup, originally planned to start selling its VF8 sport utility vehicle by the end of December.
