DALIAN, China -- Chinese online video provider Leshi Internet Information & Technology has introduced bicycles equipped with Internet connectivity and a monitor. Buyers snapped up 100 bikes in a single second on the release day last week, says the company.
The Buzzard bikes, priced as low as 3,999 yuan ($624), allow the rider to record distance, check weather and news on the monitor, and search for friends nearby. Their Bluetooth function allows friends riding bikes together to talk to each other.
