SINGAPORE -- Singaporean airport services provider SATS is on track to complete a 1.19 billion-euro ($1.29 billion) purchase of air cargo handler Worldwide Flight Services as early as March, pending approval from government watchdogs.
SATS's acquisition of WFS, first announced in September, is currently undergoing regulatory reviews in multiple nations. All procedures are expected to wrap up in March or April.
