
OSAKA -- Nippon Paint Holdings held its annual shareholders meeting in Osaka on Wednesday, selecting ten directors, including the six recommended by the top shareholder, Singaporean company Wuthelam Group.
After a meeting of the board of directors, also to be held on Wednesday, Wuthelam executive and Nippon Paint director Goh Hup Jin is expected to become chairman of the Japanese company. Nippon Paint will aim to maximize dividends and profit per share under the new management.
