BANGKOK -- China's second-largest e-commerce platform JD.com has reached agreements with the Thai government to help the Southeast Asian country's retailers expand their Chinese sales channels.

The Beijing-based e-tailer will provide know-how to small and midsize Thai companies that wish to market their goods in China. JD.com also will support digital training for Thai college students.
