Chinese, South Korean execs plan bigger digital outlays than Japanese rivals

TOKYO -- Chinese business leaders are more optimistic about geopolitical risks in 2023 than their Japanese and South Korean counterparts, a Nikkei survey has found.

Over 56% of these Chinese executives expect geopolitical risks to decline, while nearly 20% anticipate that such global political hazards will increase.
