NAGOYA -- On a warm Saturday afternoon in early September, Toyota Motor President Akio Toyoda made a surprise visit at a Corolla auto dealership in Fukushima. Customers quickly pulled out their smartphones and began snapping pictures of the widely recognizable executive.
