TAIPEI -- Huawei unveiled its latest flagship smartphone, the AI-capable Mate 70 series, on Tuesday as the Chinese tech company attempts to show it has overcome the technological hurdles raised by a U.S. blacklisting.
Richard Yu, chairman of Huawei's consumer electronics business, said the new lineup boasts a range of artificial intelligence features, gesture control and contactless technology for data transfer between Huawei devices.
