HONG KONG -- Anheuser-Busch InBev looks to gain the wherewithal needed to step up acquisitions and expand sales in the growing Asian market through the listing of its Asia-Pacific unit in Hong Kong.

Budweiser Brewery Company APAC plans to raise up to $9.8 billion, topping analysts' estimates as well as Uber Technologies' debut in New York in May, in what is expected to be the largest initial public offering in the world for 2019.
