NEW YORK -- Harley-Davidson seeks to expand sales in Asia by broadening its lineup of smaller motorcycles.

While the American producer of beloved "hogs" has seen its home market slumping and its earnings worsening, it expects growth in India and other parts of Asia. The U.S. now accounts for 60% of its sales.
