HONG KONG -- Alibaba founder Jack Ma on Wednesday expressed support for the tech giant's restructuring efforts while advocating reform and innovation in an internal letter to employees, stepping back into the limelight to boost morale.
"The core change of this [past] year is not to catch up with [key performance indicators], but to recognize ourselves and return to the track of valuing customers," he wrote in the memo.
