Japan's GMO Internet unveils bitcoin mining machine
GMO Miner B2, equipped with 7nm chips, offers lower costs, company says
GMO Internet's dedicated cryptocurrency mining device, GMO Miner B2, is equipped with advanced 7 nanometer chips that offer faster processing speed.
TOKYO -- Japanese internet service company GMO Internet has begun selling a machine designed especially for virtual currency mining and equipped with fast 7 nanometer chips.
The device, called GMO Miner B2, lowers operating costs to a fraction of those offered by competing devices, according to the company. It will start shipping the machines by the end of October.
