TOKYO -- A director for Japanese convenience store operator Seven & i Holdings received compensation of 7.7 billion yen ($49 million) for the year ended February, the second-highest pay package on record in Japan.
The amount for Joseph DePinto, which doubled from the previous year, was disclosed Wednesday in a securities report.
