HANOI -- FLC Group, a large shareholder in Bamboo Airways, will be delisted from Vietnam's main stock market effective Monday for violating disclosure requirements.

The Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange said it will delist FLC, a young conglomerate whose portfolio is mostly in real estate. The decision affects around 710 million shares, held by about 80,000 investors as of last July.
