MANILA -- During Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s first year in office, a once little-known privately held company has emerged as one of the most active deal makers.

Between March and May this year, RYM Business Management secured deals in banking, media and construction, a sector that stands to benefit from the Marcos administration's massive infrastructure push.
