SEOUL -- Yogiyo, the number-three company in South Korea's fiercely competitive food delivery market, on Wednesday announced plans to offer voluntary retirement to employees for the first time, a sign that it is losing ground to the industry's dominant players, local media reported.

The decision was made due to unfavorable market conditions and extreme competition, the media cited company officials as saying.
