BANGKOK -- Thai logistics and property group WHA plans to build two industrial parks in Vietnam at a total cost of $380 million to capture demand from companies moving into the growing Southeast Asian manufacturing hub.

The industrial zones will be located in Thanh Hoa and Hung Yen provinces, both located near Hanoi, Vietnam's capital. First-phase construction in Thanh Hoa is set to begin later this year.
