BATH, U.K. -- For over 130 years, the U.K.'s Norland College has been synonymous with child care excellence, producing nannies trusted by the elite, including royalty. But the college is also evolving with the times, and this includes teaching knowledge from Asia, such as sushi making and taekwondo, to meet modern demands.

Founded in 1892, this venerable institution teaches aspiring nannies using a method called "EduCare," a blend of education and child care.
