BANGKOK -- Thailand's most valuable electronics company on Friday reported slower profit growth for 2024, missing analysts' forecasts as its promising AI data center business was not enough to offset weaker demand in the electric vehicle market.

Delta Electronics Thailand, a supplier of power components to U.S. chipmaker Nvidia, saw 12% revenue growth in 2024 from the previous year to 164.7 billion baht ($4.9 billion).
