TOKYO -- Panasonic Holdings will take "one more decisive step" to reform its low-profit TV business, part of a major restructuring that includes 10,000 job cuts.

"We've been steadily shifting our TV business toward a light-asset model, working closely with our partners who handle production," CEO Yuki Kusumi told reporters this week while admitting that these reforms might have been insufficient to turn around the struggling division.
