TOKYO -- Rohm seeks to expand its power semiconductor partnership with Toshiba beyond production to cover development, President and CEO Isao Matsumoto told Nikkei in an interview Friday.
The companies hope to "discuss collaborating in development" Matsumoto said, referring to plans after joint production of power devices, announced earlier this month, gets off to a smooth start.
