SEOUL -- Faced with cutthroat competition from Apple iPhones and rising Chinese players, Samsung Electronics is betting on its first foldable smartphone equipped with generative artificial intelligence to breathe new life into one of its most important businesses.
"Our foldables meet the unique needs of every user and now enhanced by the power of Galaxy AI, Samsung is delivering an experience like never before," Roh Tae-moon, head of Samsung's mobile business, said at a launch event for the Galaxy Z Fold6 in Paris on Wednesday.
