TOKYO -- Sony Group resumed partial production at a factory in Shanghai on Sunday following a stoppage of more than a month that began when the city went into lockdown March 28 over a surge in coronavirus cases.

The plant in Shanghai's Pudong district produces TVs, cameras, projectors and other goods for China and the rest of Asia. Sony has not revealed which items are back in production, or at what capacity.
