TOKYO -- A harsh winter and reduced inflows of Russian natural gas have driven up the price of the fuel in Europe, with the increase likely to have a delayed impact on the Asian market.
Gas prices are usually higher in Asia than in Europe, but the pattern has reversed this year on tighter supply and demand.
