TOKYO -- A group company under Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries on Thursday unveiled a hydrogen-engine generator being tested in Japan to power buildings without emitting carbon dioxide.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Engine & Turbocharger (MHIET) granted media access for the first time to a test facility at the company's Sagamihara plant southwest of Tokyo.
