TOKYO -- Seven & i Holdings is entering Japan's electricity retail market, with plans to provide renewable power to its 7-Eleven and other group stores in the country starting in April, Nikkei has learned.
The retail group established a wholly owned subsidiary to handle the new power business, with capital of 400 million yen ($2.7 million).
