KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysian national energy company Petronas on Wednesday said a multibillion-dollar natural gas export facility in Canada in which it has a 25% stake is expected to be operational by the second half of next year.

Construction of the facility is expected to be completed soon, the company said.
