Eye lotion dominance as a launchpad for skin-care market

OSAKA/TOKYO -- Rohto Pharmaceutical is promoting its skin-care products in Vietnam on the back of the dominant position it has achieved in the local market for eye lotions.

     Rohto has captured a 70% share of the Vietnamese market for over-the-counter ophthalmic medicines through an aggressive advertising strategy and production that is tuned in to local needs.
