KUALA LUMPUR -- Malaysia and Cambodia have launched cross-border QR code payment linkage, aiming to boost both of their economies.

The collaboration between Malaysia's central bank, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), and the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) allows consumers and merchants to conduct instant cross-border QR transactions, streamlining payments and boosting commerce between the two countries.
