HONG KONG -- Missing Chinese banker Bao Fan has resigned from all his roles at China Renaissance, including CEO and chairman of the board, the company behind the public listings of Didi and Meituan announced in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Friday.

The resignation, effective the same day, was due to "health reasons" and to allow Bao to "spend more time on his family affairs," the filing said, without revealing the status or location of the former Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse Group banker.
