Mitsubishi Estate to float ultralong bonds

TOKYO -- Property developer Mitsubishi Estate will issue 15 billion yen ($143 million) in 40-year straight bonds, becoming only the second Japanese private-sector corporation to offer debt of that maturity.

The annual coupon rate comes to 0.789% under terms set Tuesday. Rating and Investment Information has assigned a AA- rating to the debt.
