BENGALURU -- Saudi Arabian asset manager Hades Financial Private Capital Group is cranking up India operations with $750 million in funds for alternative investments.

The move reflects the Middle East's growing appetite for investments in the South Asian nation, and is also a blessing for Indian startups as growth capital is in short supply now.
