SINGAPORE -- Singapore-based private equity firm Seraya Partners has raised $800 million for its first fund, the company announced Tuesday, targeting new infrastructure across Asian markets with a focus on the green energy transition and data centers.

Its first fund, which was oversubscribed and exceeded its $750 million target, raised capital from institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers and family offices in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific.
