HONG KONG -- The chief executives of Goldman Sachs and Citigroup will be among big names in finance to attend a Hong Kong investment summit on Nov. 1-2 as the city tries to move on from more than two years of global isolation.

The event, organized by Hong Kong's de facto central bank, comes after the end of tough quarantine rules that deterred most visitors.
