HIROSHIMA, Japan -- Japanese fish market startup Uuuo has cast a wider net to capture a growing hunger for fresh fish, starting with on-demand delivery service to businesses in Thailand and Cambodia.
Uuuo's app is used by supermarkets and other businesses in Japan to order fresh seafood. The selection is updated daily from over 100 harbors around Japan.
