TOKYO -- Japanese beef bowl chain Yoshinoya is expanding its ramen restaurant business, opening new locations at home and in Europe and Southeast Asia, as it looks to develop the globally popular noodle dish into a pillar for future growth.
Yoshinoya Holdings-owned ramen shop operator Withlink boasts 44 ramen shops in Japan and 29 overseas, mainly in Indonesia. It exports soup made in Japan to provide authentic flavor.
