OSAKA -- A Japan-based operator of bowling alleys and karaoke rooms is branching out into the restaurant industry in the U.S., with plans to serve high-end Japanese dishes as early as summer 2025.

Round One has already been making inroads in the American market with its mainstay business. It now seeks to tap the popularity of Japanese food there to drive further growth.
