TOKYO -- As the number of Japanese restaurants grows worldwide, chefs and restaurant owners from abroad are flocking to Japan to learn how to prepare authentic Japanese cuisine. Along with well-known favorites such as sushi, dishes like ramen and yakitori grilled chicken that are commonly served in Japanese-style izakaya pubs are getting a lot of attention.
