FUKUSHIMA, Japan -- Aged Japanese sake is a rare product, but one brewery in the city of Fukushima is aiming to change that.

Kinsuisho Sake Brewery will sell sake aged for one to three years after bottling. By taking orders from around the world through internet auctions assisted by financial technology, the brewer aims to nurture a new market for matured sake.
